| 摘 要： | 生产冷激挺杆通常采用７５Ｓｉ－Ｆｅ作为孕育剂，由于７５Ｓｉ－Ｆｅ中含Ａｌ量偏高，从而造成气孔率居高不下，这是困扰挺杆质量稳定的重要因素。用Ｓｉ－Ｓｒ代替Ｓｉ－Ｆｅ作孕育剂有效地降低了气孔的废品率，产品质量得到了稳定控制。

| Abstract: | Si - Fe innoculant is used in the prodution of chilled tappet. Because of higher Al content in 75Si- Fe innoculant, Higher gascavity is caused. This is an inportant factor of inffluting the quality of tappet. By using Si- Sr innoculant in stead of Si- Fe innoculant,gas cavity apparently decreased. The quality of the products is stably controled. |
