后配额时代中国服装纺织出口对策研究

自今年开始，纺织品配额取消，国际纺织品贸易进入了“后配额时代”。发达国家利用种种手段，试图抵制来自中国的纺织品进口的可能性与有关的政策。面对不断变化的新形势我国不同类别的服装纺织品出口企业应充分利用自身的比较优势，因势利导，在国际与国内市场双重挑战与机遇下寻求最佳的出口对策。

Post - Quota Era: China' Garments and Textile Exporters' Countermeasures

1st.January,2005,with the abolishment of the textile quota, the international textile trade control sees its post-quota era. As the important status of textile trade in the world, during the first quarter of post-quota, the trade friction has become warmer. The possible protective measures and policies are adopted against China's textile exports by developed countries. Face to the variational condition, China's textile exports should recognize the self's comparative advantages. The paper applies the methods of researching literatures, analyzing cases and theories, especially concludes with countermeasures against the challenges.
