高压径向柱塞泵配流轴的力学性能分析

摘    要:目前国产径向柱塞泵的额定压力为28MPa,这样的额定压力使径向柱塞泵的应用场合受到一定的限制。为此,将径向柱塞泵的额定工作压力提高到35MPa,分析配流轴的力学性能。根据配流轴径向受力分析,运用Pro/E及ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对其强度和刚度进行校核。分析结果表明,配流轴的强度和刚度满足设计要求。

Abstract:At present, the rated pressure of domestic radial piston pump is 28MPa, which limits the applications of radial piston pump. Therefore, under the condition that rated pressure of the radial piston pump was increased to 35MPa, the analysis of mechanical properties of the flow divider pintle was carried on. According to the radial force analysis of flow divider pintle, its strength and rigidity were checked by Pro/E and ANSYS workbench. The results indicated that the strength and rigidity of flow divider pintle meet the design requirements.
