摘    要:为了便于工程化生产与设备维护,采用频率补偿匹配网络的电路结构,设计3种小型化模块化的低噪声放大器,外形尺寸为12.7 mm×12.7 mm×2 mm,工作频段分别为1.1~1.7 GHz、1.7~2.4GHz和2.4~3.0 GHz。基于单个晶体管ATF-54143进行电路直流偏置、输入输出匹配和稳定性等设计,运用EDA工具ADS对放大器进行线性与非线性性能仿真,对印制板进行电磁场与电路的混合仿真及元件参数优化。完成放大器的装配、调试与测量,实测噪声系数〈1.5 dB,增益平坦度〈2.2 dB,满足设计要求。

Design on Miniature and Modular Low Noise Amplifier

Abstract:In order to facilitate the engineering production and maintenance of equipment, three types of miniature and modular low noise amplifier (LNA) with dimensions of 12.7 mm×12.7 mm×2 mm are designed, in which the matching networks of frequency compensation are adopted based on a single transistor ATF-54143. Their operating bandwidths are 1.1~1.7 GHz, 1.7~2.4 GHz, and 2.4~3.0 GHz respectively. Firstly, The design steps of DC bias, input and output matching, stability are introduced; Subse-quently, The linear and nonlinear performance of LNAs and the components parameters are simulated and optimized with EDA tools ADS;Lastly, the designed PCBs are assembled and tested with RF measurement instruments. The LNAs exhibit noise figure of less than 1.5 dB and gain flatness of less than 2.2 dB, and meet the design requirements.
