静液压传动车辆液压系统的故障诊断

摘    要:基于支架搬运车的液压系统故障的模糊性、随机性、相关联性及复杂性,很难用单一的判别方式将故障截然区分开。该文通过对液压系统的故障进行任务分解和定位搜索对支架搬运车的液压故障进行诊断,并通过实例分析确定故障原因并进行分析,从而快速获得液压系统的故障预测.这为推动液压故障诊断与维修技术的进步提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on Mine truck hydraulic system failure fuzziness, randomness and complexity associated, it is difficult to distinguish a single fault completely separate ways. Through the hydraulic system failure task decomposition and positioning of the stent van searching hydraulic fault diagnosis, and through examples of analysis to determine the cause of the fault and analyzed in order to quickly obtain the hydraulic system failure prediction. This is to promote the fault diagnosis and repair of hydraulic technology to provide some reference.
