可调偏调斜井口光杆密封器的研制

摘    要:普通井口光杆密封器不具有调偏和调斜功能 ,若抽油杆柱在上下往复运动过程中与密封器主体偏斜 ,将使密封圈偏磨 ,密封效果降低 ,密封圈的寿命缩短。鉴于此 ,研制了一种新型可调偏调斜井口光杆密封器。这种密封器在上、下法兰之间增加了调节盘和垫圈 ,调节盘和垫圈之间为球面接触 ,中心管和上法兰之间有环行空间 ,在压套和调节螺母之间加了推力轴承 ,能够调斜和调偏。现场试验表明 ,这种密封器能有效地减小密封圈偏磨 ,增强密封效果 ,密封圈的寿命提高 4倍以上 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The common polished rod stumng box cannot adjust bias and obliquity which causes biasing of the sealer to the sucker rod, inclined wearing of the seal, reducing sealing effect and shortening life of the seal when the sucker rod moves up and down. so a new type of Ponshed rod stuffing box is developed. In the new stuffing box, an adjusting plate and a washer are added between up and down flanges, and the contacting surface of the adjusting plate and washer is spherical. An annular space between the central pipe and the up flange is formed, and a thrust bearing is added between the clamp sleeve and up flange. These make it possible to adjust bias and obliquity. The field tests show that this stuffing box can reduce bias webing of the seal effechvely, enhance the sealing effect and extend the life of the seal by 4 times.
