C/E复合材料网格结构的稳定性分析

摘    要:建立了网格结构的轴压有限元模型;利用ANSYS的APDL语言编写了网格结构稳定性分析的优化分析程序,并利用该程序分析了网格形状、筋截面形状对网格结构稳定性的影响;结果表明:网格形状为正三角形时,网格结构的稳定性最好;对于正三角形圆柱网格结构,在筋截面面积一定的条件下,筋截面高宽比为3:2时网格结构的稳定性最好。

Abstract:An axial compression FEA model of the lattice structure is built.The optimal analysis program of the lattice stability is written to analyze stability of lattice structure with the APDL language of ANSYS.The program is used to analyse the lattice shape and the influnce of the stiffener section shape on lattice structure stability.The result shows that the lattice structure of the regular triangle has the best stability.When the given stiffener section area is constant and the ratio of height to breadth is 3:2 about regular triangle for,the cylindrical lattice structure has the best stability.
