高压采气管线堵塞原因及应对措施

摘    要:为缩短产能建设周期,节省投资,中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿很多补充开发井都采取了建设高压采气管线、实现无人值守的建站方式。但由于管线投产初期井下脏物较多、运行压力高等原因,管线冬季堵塞频繁,影响了气井的正常生产。对重庆气矿14条高压采气管线投产以来造成堵塞的各种因素进行分析总结,探讨了高压采气管线保温、防冻剂加注、优化生产集输参数等主要的管线防冻措施,提出了相应的意见和建议。

Abstract:In order to speed up the production construction and save the investment, the Chongqing Gas Field of PetroChina Southwest Oil &; Gasfield Corporation built high pressure flow lines and unmanned stations for many additional development wells. Due to the great amount of defilements underground and high operating pressure, the flow lines tend to be plugged frequently and the production can be affected accordingly. This paper analyzed various factors that resulted in blockage in the 14 high pressure flow lines of the Chongqing gas field. Some major anti freezing countermeasures were discussed, including insulation, the anti freezing addition injection, production parameter optimization, etc. Relevant comments and suggestions were put forward here.
