改善渗硼层性能的研究

摘    要:通过对单-渗硼、硼-氮共渗.硼-氮复合渗、硼-锆共渗和硼-土共渗等方法所得到的铁-硼金属间化合物分别进行了硬度梯度,脆性和耐磨性试验。试验证明,无论是复合渗还是共渗,其渗层性能都优于单-渗硼层,其中以硼-稀土共渗渗层的性能最佳.在本文试验条件下,与单一渗硼层相比,共渗和复合渗渗层的脆断强度提高30%~54%,相对脆性降低47%~116%,相对耐磨性提高32%~109%.

Abstract:In this paper the hardness gradient, the brittleness and the wear resistence of Fe- Bintermetallic chemicals obtained by means of single-boronning, carbonitriding-boriding,nitriding-boriding,boron-zirconizing, Re-boronig and so on are studied. It shows that the erties of layer no matter by means of carbonitriding-boriding and nitriding bonding or boron-zirconizing and Re-boronixing are better than that of single-boronning, among them the properties of layer by Re-boronning is the best. Under present conditions the brittle-fracture strength of layer of common and complex boronning is increased by 30-54%, their relative brittlpness is decreased by 47-116 % and their wear resistance is increased by 32-109% as compared with that of single-boronning.
