淮北煤系高岭土的改性与应用研究

摘    要:主要研究了淮北煤系高岭土的各种改性方法(煅烧改性、偶联剂与表面活性剂的选择与配伍),系统分析了提高其与有机物相界面结合力的各种方法.通过X射线衍射测试分析,探讨了改性机理;通过对淮北煤系高岭土填充高分子材料的物理机械性能的测试,验证了高岭土经表面改性后,能显著提高有机与无机材料的表面结合力,大大增强高分子材料的补强性能.
