摘    要:文章针对洛阳热电厂10 kV系统电容电流过大、中性点经消弧线圈接地易引起谐振,自动跟踪补偿装置造价又太高的问题,提出了保留原有消弧线圈和中性点阻尼电阻,在现有结线方式下增加一套能与原消弧线圈配合的自动跟踪补偿消弧线圈,以抵消用户无规则的电容电流变化,既限制了弧光接地过电压、减少原消弧线圈操作次数,又节省了资金.实际运行证明效果良好.

Abstract:The capacitive current level in 10kV system of Luoyang Thermal Power Plant is too high, and the neutral grounding through arc suppression coil is liable to cause resonance. Automatic tracking compensation device is a good manner to restrain the capacitive current, but it needs a large amount of investment. According to this situation, the authors put forward a method, i.e., on the basis of retaining the existing arc suppression coil and neutral damping resistance, by adding an automatic tracking compensation coil in current 10kV scheme which can cooperate with existing arc-suppression coil to offset the irregular variation of capacitive current from consumers. This method can not only restrain the arc-grounding overvoltage, but also save the investment. Operational experience shows that this method is effective.
