塔里木油田钻杆技术的探索与实践

塔里木油田钻井条件苛刻,钻杆失效事故频繁发生。针对塔里木油田钻杆使用的实际难题,在现有钻杆标准基础上开展了多项钻杆技术研究,探索出适应于塔里木油田的钻杆订货技术条件,并研制出适应于塔里木油田苛刻工况钻井要求的非标钻杆。为避免钻杆事故的发生,提高了钻杆分级检测标准,制定了严格的现场探伤周期规定,加强了入井钻杆质量的控制。这些措施对于塔里木油田降低钻杆失效率,延长钻杆使用寿命具有重要意义,对于其它油田也具有借鉴意义。

Research and Practice of Drill Pipe Technology in Tarim Oilfield

Drilling condition is very complex in Tarim Oilfield,and drill pipe failure accidents often are occurred.Based on the actual problems of drill pipe in application in Tarim Oilfield,the research on drill pipe technologies were carried out,and the order requirement of drill pipe suited for Tarim oilfield was discussed.A kind of drill pipe that superior to API standard has developed.To avoid drill pipe failure,the detection standard of drill pipe classification is improved in Tarim Oilfield,and cycle of drill pipe inspection is worked out,and the control of drill pipe quality is strengthened.These measures are helpful to reduce the failure ratio of drill pipe and extend drill pipe service life.
