磷矿伴生碘资源回收工业化生产设备材料选择

摘    要:瓮福磷肥厂回收碘装置建成之初,因设备材料不耐腐,使生产处于停滞状态。通过对生产各系统腐蚀介质的系统划分,进行不同材料的挂片试验,得出:904不锈钢抗腐蚀性能、耐压性、加工性最好,但价格昂贵,可用于关键设备;PP、PO塑料抗腐蚀性好,但耐压性、加工性能差,可用于其他设备。

Abstract:In view of the original iodine recovery unit with incorrosive equipment material,the production has to shut down.Through dividing corrosion medium of each production system and the coupon tests of different materials,the results show that:904 stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance,pressure durability and processability,but expensive price,so it can be used in the key equipment;the corrosion resistance of PP and PO material is good,but their pressure durability and processability are weak,they can...
