摘    要:瓮福磷肥厂P2O5100 kt/a湿法磷酸净化装置采用溶剂萃取法,利用其副产物萃余酸生产粒状磷酸一铵(GMAP).分析生产中出现产品氮含量低、水分超标和内抄板结疤等问题,介绍工艺上采取的一些有效解决措施,取得较好效果,GMAP产品完全符合国标要求.

Abstract:In view of the production of GMAP from by-product raffinate of WPA by organic solvent method on the 100 kt / a purified WPA plant in Wengfu Phosphate Plant,the problems in production are analyzed including low nitrogen content of product,scaling in inner lifting flight,excess water content etc,some efficient countermeasures are introduced,obtaining preferable effect and GMAP product fully meet the national standard.
