脲甲醛缓释肥料的制备

摘    要:对合成脲甲醛肥料的工艺条件进行了优化实验,得到适宜的制备脲甲醛肥料的工艺条件为:n(U)/n(F)=1.3,羟甲基化反应阶段加碱控制pH=7.0~7.5,亚甲基化反应阶段加酸控制pH=3.0~3.5,反应温度均为40℃,反应时间为1.5 h;产品烘干温度为90℃.在此条件下得到产品活性指数AI=55.26%,氮的转化率...

Abstract:The optimum process conditions for preparation of urea-formaldehyde slow release fertilizer are determined by experiment: n (U)/ n (F) of 1.3, controlling the pH of 7.0-7.5 with alkaline in hydroxymethylation and the pH of 3.0 - 3.5 with acid in methylenation, reaction temperature of 40 ℃, reaction time of 1.5 h, drying product temperature of 90 ℃, with the activity index of product Al of 55.26%, the nitrogen conversion rate of 67.67%. These are up to the standard of AOAC.
