摘    要:公开高塔复合肥熔体造粒工艺中一种新的差动造粒喷头,它具有可以快速自清洗的结构。该结构可以达到不用将工作造粒机提升出基础就能清除造粒喷头内堵塞物的目的,在减少停车时间和降低工人劳动强度方面有比较明显的作用。

Abstract:A new differential sprayer of melt granulation in prilling tower for compound fertilizer is introduced,which is with the fast self-cleaning device.The structure can clean the blockage within the sprayer without removing the basis of granulating machine from the working pit,with clear effects of saving labor and time.
