FC-分室石膏煅烧技术在磷石膏粉生产中的应用

利用FC-分室石膏煅烧炉代替回转窑煅烧二水磷石膏制取磷石膏粉(半水石膏)。介绍改造后的工艺流程和FC-分室煅烧系统生产磷石膏粉的过程控制。改造后由于FC-分室石膏煅烧炉的分室结构、热源的合理充分利用,产品产量由原8～10 t/h提高到15 t/h,每吨产品煤耗降低35 kg,产品质量提高。
