| 摘 要： | 对高硅低品位磷矿生产过磷酸钙工艺的开发情况进行了总结。试生产表明：云南华宁磷矿粉含硅高，活性差，只能采用箱式化成法，延长化成时间，用高温高浓混合反应条件才能生产出合格品过磷酸钙。

| Abstract: | The process development of SSP production with low-grade phosphate rock containing high silicon is summarized.Trial production show that the qualified SSP can be produced by using of Huaning phosphate rock with high silicon content and low activity under the conditions of using the chamber solidified process,prolonging the solidified time and adopting reaction conditions with high temperature and high acid concentration. |
