摘    要:分析槽电压的影响因素,从理论上说明极间距近,可以大幅度降低槽电压.高电流密度离子膜电解槽部分单元槽的膜极距改造试验,说明改造1台电解槽可节约电费421 478.64 元/a,提出了在此类电解槽上进行大规模改造的建议.

Abstract:Factors of influencing cell voltage were analyzed.It was explained theoretically that narrow polar distance could decrease cell voltage significantly.Tests of transformation of membrane polar distance of several unit cells in one ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer with high current density proved that electric charge of 421 478.64 $RMB could be saved per year for one electrolyzer.Suggestions on transforming this kind of electrolyzers on a large scale were proposed.
