摘    要:因我厂夏季DAP产品包装温度高达70℃,为降低产品包装温度,利用工厂包裹筒及闲置设备实施DAP的二次冷却.介绍对设备、工艺的计算论证,冷却工艺流程,包裹筒内抄板的设计布置及实施取得的降温效果,可保证夏季产品包装温度在55℃以下.同时包裹筒实现了外着色包裹和冷却2种用途.

Abstract:In order to reduce the high coating temperature (70 ℃ ) for DAP product in summer, DAP product is secondly cooled by encapsulated cylinder and idle equipment. Based on demonstration and calculation of equipment and process, the cooling process, the design layout of lifting flight in encapsulated cylinder and obtaining the cooling effect are introduced, the coating temperature can be kept at below 55 ℃. Meanwhile the encapsulated cylinder has two functions both external coloring coating and cooling.
