| 摘 要： | 外贸企业在出口贸易中为了能确保及时安全地收汇往往都倾向于使用信用证结算。但鉴于贸易双方商业资信风险和操作能力的限制,以及信用证纯单据交易的特点等原因,也存在一些风险。本文分析了在出口业务中信用证结算存在的风险,并有针对性地提出了防范措施。
