| 摘 要： | 近年来，高校辅导员队伍面临着不少的困境，辅导员工作动力不足、工作积极性淡化成为其中的一个主要表现。本文调查列举了影响高校辅导员队伍战斗力的一些因素，分析了其形成的原因，并依据马斯洛的需要层次理论提出一套辅导员的科学激励机制的基本框架。
