摘    要:介绍了一种基于C8051F的台式高速冷冻离心机系统的设计。该系统以C8051F020单片机为核心,设计了转速测控、温度测控、转子识别、操作显示电路及各软件控制程序。C8051F020资源丰富,大大简化了外围电路,降低了开发成本。经仿真调试和在某离心机公司试用证明,模块化设计使离心机的整体稳定性得以提高,各项测量参数准确,控制过程可靠。采用反射光编码技术自动识别转子,简化了用户操作,保证了更高的安全性。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design and implementation of table high-speed refrigerated centrifuge system based on C8051F. The system uses C8051F020 single chip as the core, designs speed monitoring and control circuit, temperature measurement and control circuit, rotor identification circuit, operation circuit, display circuit and the software control program. C8051F020 is rich in resources, greatly simplifying the external circuit, reducing development costs. Passing the simulation debugging and testing in a centrifuge company proves that modular designcan increase the overall stability of the centrifuge, the various measured parameters are accurate, the control process is reliable. Using the reflected light coding technology to identify rotors automatically, which simplifies the operation and ensures higher security.
