摘    要:通过简单的氨酯化反应合成一种含双键的二元醇(HEA-IPDI-TMP,以下简称HIT)作为扩链剂,将其引入聚氨酯主链中,合成了一种新型的可UV固化水性聚氨酯。通过FTIR红外光谱证实该二元醇合成成功并引入聚氨酯主链中。测试证明UV固化后涂膜具有良好的耐水耐溶剂性,较好的机械性能及耐热性能。

Abstract:Firstly, we have synthesized the diol with double bond (HEA-IPDI-TME HIT for short) by the simple urethanation reaction method. Then introducing the diol, as chain-extender, onto the main chain of PU, we have synthesized a new UV-curable water-borne PU resin. FTIR infrared spectrum shows that the diol is successfully prepared and introduced onto the main chain of PU. Test results tell that the UV-cured film is of excellent water resistance, solvent resistance, good mechanical performance and heat resistance.
