电机法兰盘螺钉断裂分析

摘    要:对引起架桥机倾覆的起重小车电动机与减速器的连接部位断裂螺钉进行了宏观和微观分析。结果表明,螺钉断裂的原因在于其中部分螺钉的有效啮合螺纹数未达要求,导致6枚螺钉中的4枚连接部位的螺纹因磨损或变形而失去啮合作用,剩余的2枚则因不能承受过大的载荷而发生断裂。

Abstract:Because the bolts in the flange connecting the electromotor of lifting dolly and retarder had failed, a bridge erector overturned. These bolts were carefully analyzed. The ultimate cause of the bolts failure was proved to be that they are shorter than required by designation. So four of the six bolts lost connecting effect for their forepart worms had worn out and deformed, and the other two fractured for they weren't able to endure the load resulted from the electromotor working.
