| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定肉苁蓉中京尼平苷酸含量的分析方法。方法采用60%甲醇为溶剂,超声提取样品。选择Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.5%乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长237 nm。结果京尼平苷酸在5.0~100.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率在95%~101%之间,RSD 0.55%~1.96%。肉苁蓉、管花肉苁蓉和盐生肉苁蓉中京尼平苷酸的含量存在差异。结论本方法快捷、简便、准确,可用于测定肉苁蓉中京尼平苷酸的含量。
