摘    要:对Fenton试剂-活性炭吸附联用技术处理焦化废水进行了研究。首先考察了pH值、H2O2投加量、Fe^2+]/H2O2]等因素对Fenton试剂氧化处理效果的影响以及Fenton试剂氧化阶段H2O2投加量对活性炭吸附效果的影响;然后考察活性炭投加量、吸附时间、pH值等因素对活性炭吸附阶段处理效果的影响。结果表明,Fenton试剂-活性炭吸附工艺处理焦化废水的最佳操作条件为:Fenton试剂氧化阶段H2O2投加量为55mmol/L,Fe^2+]/H2O2]=1:10,初始pH=3;活性炭吸附阶段活性炭投加量为2.5g/L,pH=3,吸附时间30min。在此操作条件下,焦化废水COD去除率达97.5%。

Abstract:In this paper,the treatment of coking wastewater by Fenton-adsorption process was studied.First,the effects of affecting factors on the treatment of coking wastewater by single Fenton reagent,such as pH value,H_2O_2 dosage,the proportion of Fe~(2 ) and H_2O_2,were discussed,and the effect of H_2O_2 dosage in oxidation stage on activated carbon adsorption was discussed too;then,the effects of activated carbon dosage,pH value and adsorption time in adsorption stage,were discussed.Based on the above discussion,the optimal operating conditions of Fenton-adsorption process were determined under which the COD removal of coking wastewater was 97.5 %.The optimal operating conditions were as follows: H_2O_2 dosage is 55 mmol/L,the proportion of Fe~(2 ) and H_2O_2 is 0.1 and pH value is 3 in the stage of Fenton oxidation;activated carbon dosage is 2.5 g/L,pH value is 3,and adsorption time is 30 min in the following stage of activated carbon adsorption.
