The angel measure-and-display device which is custom-builted for the magnet sucking disk is introduced in this pa-per.The demand for this kind of device is listed first.Then the detailed hardware designs and lectotype are given,which in-cludes sensing unit,incremental photoelectric encoder and its direction-detecting-and-counting circuit,and MCU,and the dis-play circuit.At the end of this paper is the flow process charts of the main program and the key interrupt service routine.
