摘    要:利用详细的化学动力学机理与CFD多维数值模拟计算软件,对分隔室压燃式天然气发动机的着火及燃烧过程进行了变参数模拟研究。研究的参数包括:喷气时刻、进气终了温度、天然气成分。模拟内容有:着火时刻、缸内平均压力、NO质量分数。结果表明,喷气提前使最高温度压力增加,NO排放增加;提高进气终了温度可以改善着火性能;天然气中乙烷含量增加可以改善着火性能,同时使最高温度压力增加,NO排放增加。

Abstract:Based on detailed chemical kinetic mechanism and Multi-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamic(CFD) code, a parameter studies was carried out for the ignition and combustion process in a compression ignited natural gas engine with separated chamber. The experimental parameters included the gas injection timing, intake temperature and natural gas composition. The ignition timing, in-cylinder pressure and NO emission mass fraction were studied by multidimensional simulations. The results indicate that the ignition will occur earlier, the peak pressure will increase and NO will increase when natural gas is injected earlier; the ignition performance can be improved by increasing the intake temperature; Ignition delay will decrease, peak pressure will increase and NO emission will increase when the concentration of ethane in natural gas is increased.
