| 摘 要： | 通过对2000-2007年间控规类学术文章的分析,归纳出我国当前控规学术研究的基本动态,结合北京、广州、南京三个城市控规编制和管理比较,并以参与的邢台市控规编制为例,对控规编制和管理中的作用、控制内容以及如何实现有效控制、依法调整等问题进行了探索.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the research articles on regulatory planning from 2000 to 2007,and explains China's research progress in this field.Additionally, combining with the comparison of compiling and management during plan-making process among Beijing,Guangzhou and Nanjing,the authors introduce their opinions on regulatory planning and its management functions,planning content and realiza- tion of effective control and adjustment by the case study of Xingtai Regulatory Plan. |
