摘    要:基坑开挖对临近建筑物会产生较大影响,导致临近建筑物基础应力和变形发生变化。采取Plaxis有限元软件分析基坑开挖对临近建筑物基础的影响,选取了不同开挖深度基坑、基坑与建筑物不同间距作为初始条件,模拟基坑开挖的实际过程,讨论基坑开挖对临近建筑物基础的承载力和变形的影响。结果表明,桩基础所受影响程度与基坑深度,距离基坑远近相关,同时受到上部结构的制约,需考虑上部结构与基础的共同作用。

Abstract:Much effect will be caused by pit foundation excavation upon adjacent buildings,which may lead to a change in the stress and strain of adjacent building foundation.In this paper finite element method is used for a series models with the plaxis software to analyze the influence upon the building pile foundation by pit excavation.Different depths and distance between adjacent building and foundation pit are selected as the input condition of the simulation for the influence caused by excavation.It is found that the extent of influence is related to pit depth and distance as well as structure itself.It is also found that the retaining wall plays a significant role in eliminating such influence,so the interaction of superstructure and foundation should be considered.
