| 摘 要： | 文章就已经营业，仍未安全竣工的商业大厦的防火性能进行评价研究，通过火灾与疏散的计算分析，提出防火安全的改进、措施、使商业大厦在不停业的前提下，防火安全水平得到最大限度的提高。

| Abstract: | The paper evaluates the fire performance of the commercial building that has done business but not completed completely.Based on the fire and evacuation calculation the paper points out the measures to improve the fire safety of the building without closing the business. |
