摘    要:利用相关系数阵的条件数研究 CO2 影响因素之间的复共线性 ,利用对数回归方法建立成品 CO2 浓度与影响因素之间的非线性回归模型。结果表明 CO2 影响因素之间的复共线性可以忽略。经检验 ,回归方程与回归系数均有较好的显著性。回归模型拟合程度较好 ,对实际生产具有指导意义。同时 ,利用改进单纯形法寻找 CO2 浓度达到 99.5%左右时的最佳控制点 ,得到了令人满意的结果

Abstract:In this paper, the multicollinearity among factors of the carbon dioxides' depth is researched by use of the condition number of the correlation coefficient matrix, and the nonlinear regression model in relation to the product carbon dioxide and its factors is constructed using the logarithm regression method. The result is that the multicollinearity between the effect element may be ignored, and the infective of the regression equation together with the regression coefficient are distinctness by significance testing. The regression model has a good fit degree and good directional sense to practice. Meanwhile, by using the improved simplex method we find the optimal control condition when the depth of the carbon dioxide is up to 99.5 percent with satisfactory results.
