| 摘 要： | 针对早期的液压测井车存在液压系统紧急卸荷影响液压件寿命、非正常井底工况引起系统发热以及排缆、换挡、动力浪费等问题,在美国康普乐公司的AT+测井车技术的基础上,研制了JHX5141TJC型液压测井车。该测井车引入了微电子技术,量化了控制;扩展了液压技术的应用,在行星减速器内部的液压离合,实现了多挡和空挡控制,同时排缆采用手动比例阀,实现了自动排缆。这一新型的设计,使得测井车的传动可靠,操作控制简单方便。现场应用表明,该车克服了以往测井车的缺点,测井范围广、效率高、能耗低。

| Abstract: | In the light of the shortcomings of the existing logging trucks, a new logging truck is developed. By using the microelectronic technique combined with the hydraulictechnique, the new logging truck realizes reliable transmission and shift control. In addition, automatic cable handling is also realized by adopting manual proportional valve. The design of the control system of this logging truck is described. And its application is commented. |
