过滤用驻极体熔喷非织造布的研究

摘    要:系统介绍了非织造布熔喷工艺、驻极化理论以及驻极体非织造布。通过制备驻极体纤维和驻极体熔喷非织造布,并对成品进行电镜分析,并进行力学性能、透气、透湿、过滤性等方面测试。通过数据分析表明驻极体熔喷非织造布是一种高效过滤材料,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The meltblown nonworen technology,the electret theory and the electret nonwoven are introduced in this paper.The electret fiber and the electret nonwoven are manufactured in this experiment,and their properties are analyzed by SEM,DSC and or so.And the conclusion is that the electret meltblown nonwoven is more efficient filtermedia and can be used in many aspects.
