摘    要:依据烘干炉在滤清器产品喷涂工艺的重要性,讨论了烘干炉能耗的损失与烘干炉结构的关系,找出了提高烘干炉能耗利用率的措施,为滤清器产品的生产降低成本,提高了滤清器企业在行业中的竞争力。

Abstract:The relations of energy loss and structure of spray drying furnace were discussed according to the importance of spray drying furnace in the filter production spraying process. The measures to improve the energy consumption use ratio of spray drying furnace were found. The cost of filters was cut and the competitive power in filter industry was improved.
