基于铁磁谐振原理的数字式电流互感器的实现

摘    要:提出了一种基于铁磁谐振原理的数字式电流互感器的实现途径,其基本思路是应用单晶铁氧体YIG在外磁场的作用下其自旋电子产生铁磁谐振且谐振频率与外加磁场的大小成正比的原理、在高电位将无源的YIG滤波器置于载流导体电流磁场的有效作用之中,由低电位的信号发生器经微波天线向YIG滤波器发送一定频率的信号,该信号经YIG滤波器调制后,再经微波天线传送给低电位上的信号接收处理装置,经处理后得到用数字量表示的号线电流有效值。用这种原理构成的数字式电流互感器具有绝缘性好、抗电磁干扰性强、灵敏度高、动态测量范围大,可同时用来测量直流,交流和脉冲电流以及可靠性高等优点。同时由于这种数字式电流互感器在高电位全部使用无源器件,所以易于实现、方便维护、使用寿命长。

Abstract:A method of digit at current transformer basing on the theory o ferromagnetic resonance is given. The output frequency of YIG filter setted in the magnetic field is proportioned to the magnetic field intensity. Then, at the receiver, the effective value of current can be obtained. The unit takes advantage of the following characteristics:high insulation, smart sensitivity, wide extend of dynamic measurement,and multiple measured such as DC,AC and pluse current,etc.
