干燥仓温度模糊控制算法的实现与仿真

摘    要:以模糊控制器的输入变量误差E、误差变化EC为基本输入变量,设计了一个二维的基本模糊控制器,通过E、EC和输出变量U的隶属曲线,得出了控制规则表,并在此基础上推导了模糊关系,模糊控制查询表给出了两个输入变量量化因子和输出变量比例因子的确定方法.仿真结果论证了模糊控制具有较强的鲁棒性,在干燥仓温度控制方面优于PID控制,为模糊控制算法用于干燥仓温度控制系统提供了理论依据.

Abstract:With fuzzy controller's variable error E and error variety EC for inputs,the paper designed a two-dimension fuzzy controller.By E and EC and the output U,the control rule table was obtained.Based on these,fuzzy relation was deduced,and fuzzy control search table gave the way to confirm two quantitative factors of input variable and two comparative factors of output variable.The simulative experiment showed that the fuzzy control has high robust,fuzzy control is better than PID control in dry container's temperature.It provides theory basis for fuzzy control algorithms used for dry container temperature control system.
