钢丝绳隔振器综合力学性能试验研究

摘    要:针对某电子器件同时承受强振动和过载的隔振设计要求,通过试验研究三种不同刚度的钢丝绳隔振器兼顾隔振、隔冲和抗过载的综合能力。试验结果表明,刚度较大的隔振器在承受高量级随机激励时具有一定的隔振能力、抗冲击和过载的性能较好。钢丝绳隔振器具有明显的非线性特性,只能对其进行特定条件下的参数识别。

Abstract:Aimed at vibration isolation design requirements of a certain electronic apparatus enduring strong vibration and over-loading simultaneously, three wire-rope vibration isolators with different stiffnesses are studied by experiment. Their comprehensive properties of isolating vibration, absorbing shock and enduring over-loading are analyzed. Experimental results show that the isolator with larger stiffness displays good properties enduring shock and over-loading; its ability enduring high level stochastic excitation is acceptable; wire-rope vibration isolators have evidently nonlinear characteristics and their parameters can only be identified in certain working conditions.
