摘    要:针对面向订单生产的离散型制造企业,提出了基于条码技术的离散产品生产数据采集与跟踪方法,并把工作流管理思想引入车间工序控制中,实现工序状态的可视化.定义了产品不同级别的加工状态,建立相应的状态判定算法,并利用采集数据对产品的加工指标进行计算.设计开发了原型系统,并在某企业得到成功应用.应用结果表明,条码运用于离散产品的车间生产跟踪是切实可行的.

Discrete Production Tracking Method Based on Barcode Technique

Abstract:Aiming at the order-oriented dispersing manu facturing enterprise for producing,a Discrete Production data collection method based on bar code and tracking are presented and the idea of workflow management to workshop process control is introduced to achieve the visualization of process state. The part production states based on different grades are defined and corresponding rules of part production state and inspecting state were proposed and calculated product processing index by collecting data. A prototype system is developed and used in an enterprise successfully. It is proved to be feasible to apply the bar-code technique into the work shop production and tracking of dispersing product.
