基于Web的车间管理系统的集成与实现

为了实现某企业装配分厂与机加分厂的信息与资源集成,提出使用UML技术分析集成环境下离散型的机加分厂和装配分厂生产管理过程业务模型的方法,并建立了两个分厂车间管理系统的集成模型.在此基础上开发基于Web的车间管理系统集成接口,从而实现了两个分厂的资源有效利用与交互.集成化提高了离散型车间的生产效率,降低了生产成本,还与报表管理系统实现了有效对接,使报表能够自动生成.

Integration and Implementation of the Workshop Management System Based on Web

In order to achieve a certain corporate assembly factory and machining factory integration of information and resources, this paper puts forward using UML technology to analyze the business model of their production management in the integrated environment, and establishes a system integration model of workshop management system of the two branches. On this basis, develops a Web-based work- shop management system integration interface so as to a- chieve making full use of resources and interaction of the two branches. Integration improves production efficiency, the discrete workshop and reduces production costs, but also a- chieves the effective integration with report management sys- tem, which can automatically generate reports.
