| Abstract: | The single-chip of AT89C51 is used to realize phase-difference test.The measurement principle is analyzed.The hardware circuit and software design are given.This measurement method has simpler hardware circuit,higher measurement precision,better disturb-resistance ability,and the wide frequency scope.It can be used in the system for on line measuring phase difference. |
