| 摘 要： | 介绍了熔融溶剂的成分和性能。采用熔融溶剂可将镀件镀前温度提高到４００～４５０℃，使镀件的镀前温度基本接近锌液温度，从而实现连续低温镀锌，降低锌锅热负荷，延长锌锅使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Both chemical composition and performance of the molten solution are described here.With the said solution the pre-dipping temperature of the work-piece can be enhanced to 400～ 450℃,which is very close to the zinc solution temperature,thus bringing about such advantages as continuous low-temperature galvanization operation,reduction of zinc-bath thermal load and longer zincbath service life. |
