| 摘 要： | 潮汕乡村聚落具有鲜明的地域特色，并保留有近现代不同时期建设片段并存的特殊景观。文章通过对潮汕两个具有代表性的乡村聚落进行村域层次上的、历时性的形态演变比较研究，从多学科角度探索潮汕乡村聚落在近现代演变历程中不同阶段的主要变力因素及其与抗变力因素之间的抗衡，以期为我国乡村聚落未来可持续发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Rural settlements in Chaoshan area have distinct regional characteristics, one of which is the coexistence of different construction fragments in different time. Based on the diachronic analysis of the development of settlement pattern at village-level, the paper explored the counter-balance between the multiple factors that caused or resisted the changes in settlement pattern during the process of modernization. With the discussion of the problems indwell in the development, the paper tried to put forward some strategic suggestions for the future development of the rural settlements. |
