基于免疫遗传算法的装配序列规划

摘    要:针对常用免疫遗传算法在求解装配序列时搜索速度较慢、求解可行优解困难的问题,采用矢量距浓度计算方法,提高了种群的多样性;采用接种关联约束疫苗、静态联接疫苗方法,提高了算法求解可行优解的能力,加快了收敛速度。以某控制器为实例,验证了该方法的优越性。

Abstract:An improved immune genetic algorithm was applied to solve the problem of slow search speed and getting feasible answer hard in optimizing assembly sequences.Vector distance were chosed to improve population's diversity;While inoculating vaccine of Connection constraints was available for enhancing the convergence speed.The optimizing example of a controller shown the advantage of the algorithm.
