热煤气净化新技术

热煤气净化（除尘、脱硫）是热煤气联合循环发电（ＩＧＣＣ）技术中的关键步骤，北京煤化学研究所建成的热煤气净化试验工艺系统包括粉煤气化、热煤气除尘、热煤气脱硫３个基本单元。过程描述为出流化床气化炉的真实高压空气煤可直接在陶瓷管除尘单元实施热态精除尘，出除尘单元的煤气可进一步到达间歇式或连续式脱硫单元完成热态精脱硫。

HOT COAL GAS CLEAN UP TECHNOLOGY

Hot gas clean up(HCGC) is one of the important steps in the technology of integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC).The test system in Beijing Coal Chemistry Research Institute of China Coal Research Institute consists of three basic units: gasification of pulverized coal, hot gas filtration and desulfurization. The process is as the following: the high pressure hot gas from the fluidized bed gasifier comes into a candle filter for filtering the dust in hot state; the gas then gets into an intermittent or a continuous sulfur reactor for desulfurization.
