| 摘 要： | 介绍了球形储罐球体瓣片的冷压成型制造工艺，并对制造过程中的产品质量控制作了初步探讨，简要分析了影响球体瓣片成型质量的主要因素，制定出了一套行之有效的压制方法，对瓣片压制过程中产生的部分缺陷提出改进性措施。

| Abstract: | The cold-press manufacture procedure for the clack of orbicular tank is introduced, and the product quality control discussed. The main factor that affect the quality of cold-press manufacture is analyzed. An available cold-press procedure has been worked out to improve the manufacture quality whereby some defect during the cold-press process can be avoided. |
