摘    要:为提高低级别配棉转杯纺纱的成纱质量,根据棉纺系统工程工艺学的思路,并结合全面质量管理,针对原料性能特点,在纺纱各工序进行了工艺参数的优化配置.开清工序采取适度降低各部打手速度、合理配置各部隔距,加强开松和转移,减少纤维损伤;梳棉工序采用重定量、中速度,加强纤维梳理和转移;并条工序采取重加压、中定量、低速度、小隔距工艺,加强纤维混和,改善纤维伸直度;转杯纺工序采用中定量、高速度、中张力、中负压工艺.实践表明,优化配置纺纱各工序工艺,严格控制半成品质量,并从设备、工艺、操作及管理等各方面采取措施,对转杯纱重量不匀、条干不匀及强力不匀三项质量指标进行严格控制,转杯纱的整体质量水平得到提高.

Abstract:To enhance rotor spun yarn quality of low grade cotton assorting,processing parameters of each process were optimized according to cotton spinning system engineering processing combining with quality management and raw materials property.Reducing beater speed,configuring gauge,strengthening opening & transfer and reducing fiber damage should be adopted in opening and cleaning process.Big weigh per 5 m,medium speed,and big carding and fiber transfer should be adopted in carding process.Heavy press,medium weight per 5 m,low speed,small gauge processing,strengthening fiber blending were adopted in drawing process.Medium weight per 10 m,high speed,medium tension,medium negative press should be adopted in rotor spinning process.The practice shows that rotor spun yarn quality can be enhanced through optimizing spinning processing,control semi-finished goods quality,adopting measures in equipment,processing,management and so on,control rotor spun yarn weight unevenness,unevenness and strength irregularity.
