文章针对目前高校计算机基础教育的现状及存在问题,分析如何建立立体化自主学习模式,提出引进社会办学力量,与国际认证——IC~3接轨的观点。并结合笔者的研究课题,阐述IC~3教学的优势、实施环节和取得的阶段性成果。

Implementation of IC3 International Certification

This article analyzes the status and existing problems of the current college fundamental computing education. Considering that students are at various levels, the authors put forward the idea of implementing IC3 by combing the cultivation of self-motivated learning and the introduction of education with social support. At last, the authors illustrate the advantage, implementation phases and interim progress of the IC3 education through their research projects.
