牙轮钻机破岩形态的研究

摘    要:以现场实测数据为依据,研究了钻机的破岩形态与钻进参数之间的关系,证实钻机在破岩中存在表面破碎(或称研磨区)、疲劳破碎和有效容积破碎的三种破岩形态。修正了前苏联学者JI.A.史莱涅尔提出的三种破岩形态只与钻机轴压有关的理论。得出了钻机的破岩形态不仅与轴压有关,而且还与钻机的转速有关的结论。

Abstract:The relation between the pattern of breaking rock and the drilling performance parameters are analyzed on account of the measured data from the work site. It has been proved that the three-cone blast hole drill exists three kind patterns of breaking rock during penetrating a hole, that is tile rock surface ground, the rock fractured by .fatigue and the rock broken into pieces by pressing the alloy teeth into it. The paper gets a conclusion that the patterns of breaking rock are not only concerned with the pressure of three-cone bit but also relating to the rotating speed of the bit.
